Hi! I am a stay-at-home mom. I have a beautiful 4 year old little boy named Kadan, and a baby girl named Ayda. I am totally addicted to endorphines... Some would even call me an endorphine junkie! :) I love to run (marathons), swim, bike, and just workout in general. It is my drug of choice... ;-) One of my ambitions is to someday do an ironman. Crazy, I know. My husband is very much the opposite of me, and he says he gets tired just thinking of everthing that I do. He is very supportive, though, and is always there to cheer me on. He's awesome. I am tough when I'm in the gym or training, but I am totally a girly-girl at heart. I love to dress up and look trendy, and I LOVE  to shop! :) I also like to cook, decorate my house (and others if they ask me to), camp, and just hang out with friends and family.
