Random, but still true facts about me (in no particular order): I am a preachers daughter, and a teachers daughter (meaning I always got caught doing the bad stuff!). My dream is to someday soon drive a minivan (ok, I am a nerd) I LOVE pina colodas, and also the song about loving pina colodas. I never felt like I had the job I was meant to do until I had my kids. I have a fun side that doesn't seem to come out too often anymore, and I don't know why. I love to plan spontaneous events. (ha!) I worry way too much about weird little stuff, and not enough about the big stuff. Sometimes I feel like I have gotten lost in the crowd.  I hate scrapbooking, but love the way it looks. I often sign up to do things knowing that I don't really want to do them, and then get mad at myself for signing up for them anyway (then my husband gets onto me about it too). I love the sound of the garage door going up in the evening, meaning my husband is home from work - Noah and I both greet him at the garage door. I secretly take a lot of pride when my husband goes overboard on the compliments for dinner - I love it when he says I should cook it again soon. I will often watch the baby monitor until I can either hear my son breathing or until I see him move in his sleep,and if neither happens within a decent timeframe, I will STILL go in his room and check on him. I really wish I had more friends close by to visit with during the week that were also stay at home moms. I love chocolate chip cookies, and amish bread!!!! I love the challenge of a new recipe, and I also love searching for new recipes online. I am scared to death about having two young kiddos so close in age, even though I am so excited too. To me, anything before 9:30am is considered early. Leprechauns are pretty cool, and I think I have convinced several friends of their existence. I didn't know how badly I wanted a daughter until I held her in my arms, and fell in love with her.
