Ten things about me: 1. Engaged (was getting married on 7/26/08 but had to change it to 3/1/08 since we are due 2 weeks before original wedding date! AHHHHHH! 2. I teach Pre-K students who have Autism and I ABSOLUTELY love my job! 3. I have a cat that I treat like my baby!!!! My fiancee thinks I'm nuts! LOL! 4. I was not supposed be able to get pregnant on my own but woah, it happened! Hooray, no IVF torture! 5. I have NO problem speaking my mind and sticking up for the underdog (you have to when you're a special educator). 6. I don't really like watching television too much (would rather listen to music). 7. I moved in with my boyfriend (now fiancee) when I swore I would never move into a house that someone already owned before I came along. Funny how love can change your mind, lol. 8. I was conceived on The 4th of July and born on April Fool's Day. The big joke that came in with a bang! 9. I am not a materialistic person by any means. I don't care for big fancy things that are overrated. 10. My guilty pleasures are crappy celeb magazines and/or shows (I will watch these for the kicks when I am in the mood to watch tv) to make myself feel better about how 'normal' my life is! HA HA HA! UPDATE...married now and looks like I will be a stay at home mom for a bit (my teaching contract is not being renewed...gotta love being a first year teacher in a new district.  Low woman on the totem pole).  NEWER UPDATE...have moved to on the Cape Cod MA line.  My cat has passed away in September 09 (I'm still very sad over it).  We have a french mastiff who will be 1 on Jan 16, 2010.  My daughter will be 1 1/2 on Jan 21st, 2010.  I have gone back into teaching full time & my daughter attends daycare full time (and seems to like it 80% of the time).  I really like my new job and the people I work with.  I finally feel like I belong!  I barely have time to do anything nowadays so this is a treat to be able to update my profile!!  ;-D
