I love the life I live and wouldn't have it any other way. To change something even if seemingly miniscule would alter my reality in such a great way. It's not worth it.
Is it bad that I look at my daughter in admiration for reaching each milestone but then get depressed that she's actually getting older? I feel like these moments with her are just passing me by
LSCmommy I feel the same way! My daughter went to take her first behind the wheel test, I wanted her to fail because I was not ready for her to be independent. I think I jinxed her because she did fail, I felt so guilty! I wish that going back in time to when they are newborns again, just to hold them close and smell their newborn essence.
