Well we dont have that evidence that can be used in court. So right now its all here-say. Our lawyer just said she would do whatever she could to make it happen. At the worst, we can put it on hold until we do have legitimate evidence. I can tell you what happens in court, What state are you in?

sorry, i just saw your message from last month. we are going to court this week, everything is still not going good besides actually getting the tests done. She is in contempt again for not complying to the visitation so we will see what they say. There is also charges of abuse on her, and we are going to throw drug charges at her. So we will see what happens. Ill keep you updated!
