not good smoking again too stressful right now a killing someone is out of the question. I am not feeling good having a cold and all and being the only one of five people with ajob right now is hard. you??????????

so I slipped and had a cigerette sunday night but I was really stressed out and crying and stuff but I am still hanging in there.
