I am an experienced Clinical Social Worker,  and have  been working with families and children for more than 10 years. I have worked closely with parents helping them to understand the social , psychological, and developmental needs of their children.  I have worked closely with parents helping them to discover their own personal strengths, whereby enhancing their ability to guide their children toward emotional growth to be healthy, self-aware individuals.  I have worked with many different types of families and understand the emotional needs of children and parents in a variety of settings.  I continue to work with parents and children in my private practice.  I'm looking to make some friends and be whatever help I can be to all the other mothers out there as motherhood is quite a challenge!

I am recently a single mom and have begun many new projects to help other women to find a healthy balance in life.  We moms sometimes lose ourselves trying to be supermom...but we have to remember that we are people too!  I use my books blog and website to try and teach women how to not get lost in the demands of motherhood.
