    Eat Healthier

    How will this resolution have an effect on poofs_momma?

    I gained almost 100lbs when i was pregnant-somehow it didnt occur to me that after i had annabelle it wouldnt go away. i have clinical anxiety disorder, and im constantly scared that my weight will kill me. I think it would help put me at ease and feel better all around

    How will this resolution have an effect on poofs_momma's family?

    I will be less stressed, making me and my husband fight less. i will be more active, which will make things easier on my faimly.
