Hello from virginia. I watched the video in power mall and it sound like a good thing to do, I really like the fact that your business helps with charity for childen in need. My question to you is, the people who have problems with deliveries and issues with returns and many other things that happend when your online shopping, who is responsible for handling those matters. Another thing do they pay your commision by mail or direct deposit. Thank you
