My life is not very defined, but here are a few quick facts about me... I am a 25 year old mother of one very smart and silly two year old girl! I have a pretty awesome husband, and live what I consider to be a fairly normal life. My passion is helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I am a degreed exercise physiologist, and own Subversion Fitness, an upscale personal training and fitness studio in Moorestown, NJ. I also dabble with corporate wellness consulting, and would love to grow my business as my daughter gets older!

On another note, to some extent I feel like I have lost myself in the midst of being a mom, a wife, and a business woman. I really would like to find some other moms int he area to relate to, and maybe get together with for a cup of coffee sometime! I am starting to realize how much I miss having friends!
