    Hello Fellow MOMS




    My name is Loida Chan. I live here in Sunny California. A Mom blessed with two wonderful kids, a beautiful and witty 17yr old daughter and a very intelligent 15yr old son who is the Rubik's Cube Wiz in our family. Can you believe that he can solve the cube in less than 30 seconds? His World Cube Association Official Best Time is 22.93 seconds. His best time to date is 17 seconds. Married to my loving husband Daniel who by the way is a Superb Chef.

     


    I love working as a Realtor/Mortgage Consultant for Bankers Realty so if you are in Southern California and are in need of a Realtor or just simply need some Real Estate or Mortgage advice, don't hesitate to call on me, I would be more than glad to help. My wonderful husband Daniel is a Real Estate Investor and Stock Trader. We own a Home Based Online Travel Agency     http://www.idreamofholidays.com or http://www.idreamofvacations.com which I hope my fellow Moms out there would patronize for their families' Travel needs. Both my job and his allows the flexibility of being able to work at home and spend more time with our 2 kids. I have my office at home where I do most of my work. Daniel does 100% of his work at his office at home, lucky guy.



    We are a very simple family that loves the simple pleasures of life. Grateful for a beautiful life and a beautiful career. I love to surround and seek out people that are positive. I focus in experiencing the good in every moment, however small.
