to all the ladies I care about - sorry I have been absent so much...dealing with a lot of stuff. School is now over and I am trying to learn to relax - I take my frustration and stress out on my body & I guess my ED has taken control of my life. I want to reconnect - but am a little scared.

hey sandi how have u been? i have been super busy lately!! this week was crazy!! i got to see a jerry springer show, went to the beach 2 days in a row and took my son fishing for the 1st time today w/ the rest of my family. exciting. what have u been up to? hope ur enjoying the holiday weekend!!

Don't laugh but when I get stressed I take the kids outside and we draw on the sidewalk with chalk.........works every time.
