I'm a full-time working mom in the youth development field with 4 kids: boys 10 and 4 and we have custody of twin nieces who are 15.  We run the gamut from learning to drive to learning to read and all the extracurricular activities anyone could ask for.

I've been married to my DH for 7 years and am not happy in my marriage but not sure I'm ready to divorce, I've been down that road before.  I'm coming up on 40 and while I don't think I'm having a mid-life crisis yet, I am struggling with balancing work, family, and me right now.
