I'm originally from Jacksonville, FL. I grew up a Navy Brat and lived along the east coast until I was 9. I moved to the Midwest until I was 12. Then I moved to sunny California until just recently. My husband is in the Navy and was recently stationed in Charleston, SC. That brings me to NOW! This is my first time being away from my family, as well as my husbands, and my first time not working since I was 15.
The transition from working mom to stay-at-home mom was fairly easy. With my husband working only weekdays I get a lot of help out of him. It's nice to be able to stay home on the weekends or plan a family outting now that I have the time.
I love being able to watch my boys grow up and see the little changes in them every day.
