I decided I should add a personal statement about myself since I have suddenly started chiming in on journal posts.  I am a 63 yo married woman with one grown child.  So no one thinks I am just a busybody with something to say about everything (although that may not be far from the truth):  I have a masters degree in psychology.  I have a lifetime Ph.D. in really bad relationships with men.  My DH and I have been married for 8 years.  He is a rather nice man.  I get aggravated with him at times (while he on the other has absolutely no complaints about me because I am perfect - LOL) but at my advanced age I have learned to pick my battles.  Actually I rarely battle, I am too old and tired to care about fighting. 

I have two hard and fast rules I use in my personal life:  1.  Never make a decision when I am upset, angry, out of sorts, whatever.  2.  I ask myselfl how important will an issue be in one year, or five?  Puts a whole new perspective on things.  So that is me about me.
