well yes i AM still doing it and i do believe it is working :) today i am wearing a shirt that i couldnt even fit my arms into when i got it! also wearing a pair of jeans that used to dig into my hips when i wore them! it all fits now! even though i know i still have a lot to lose, im pretty proud!
