Personal Statement
I am a 34 year old mom of one 6 year old 1st grader-My son has nystagmus-which causes his eyes to wiggle back and forth. He has 20/400 eye sight without his glasses.

I have 3 step-kids..... 1 boy is 22 and a father to Olivia (born june 5, 2012), 1 girl who is 17 and mother to a girl Anna Lea (born Dec 7, 2012) and 1 boy who is deceased (he was 18)
