I am very new to this stay at home mom thing.  I thought I was way too independent to stay at home and clean and cook and "just be a mommy".  Little did I know how much having a child changes you.  For the first time in my life, I wanted nothing more that to do all of the things that I swore I never would and I am loving every minute of it (well, most minutes) I have found that I don't have to give up my strength as a woman or my independence to stay home and take care of my daughter.  I believe that women tend to judge each-other more and that we would create a much better world for our children if we show them that our choices are ours to make and deserve respect, regardless of our personal opinions.
