saw your post- I am an adoptive mommy to a 4 year old boy and his birthmother already had a 5 year old and a set of twins like yourself (except all boys). We are in the process of adopting again and I would love to share our story if you think it might help with your decision.

I would not do abortion. I would think about adoption first. If you are think about adoption.I am try to adopted again.
