  • What you need to know:

    I'm a 27 going on 40 year old....  Ha ha ha just kidding.

    It feels like it some days! I work full time with adults with developmental disabilities, er, full time + some. (56-72 hours per week) My husband was laid off from his place of employment of 15 years two months ago. We bought a house a year ago so that should explain the crazy hours. I refuse to give up, I refuse to lose what we worked so hard for. I refuse to lose the lifestyle our daughter is accustomed to.

    She's our miracle, our joy, the one thing that keeps us going no matter how bad things get. One smile from her and I feel like I can take on the world. (and I do in one way or another on a daily basis)

    This has been the craziest, most difficult year on record for us.  I'm generally an optimistic person, I love all kinds of things! The saying: "jack of all trades, master of none" comes to mind! Ha! I love to learn, read, play, create, talk, write, travel, explore, and live my life to the fullest! Something I hope to pass on to our Shybug!
