I've been married to my husband Brian for 15 years this november.  We both came into this marriage with 1 child each.  Katy, was 3 years old when we got married, and I fell in love with her the first time I met her.

She was this little thing with Shirley Temple locks that couldn't stay away from me from day one.  That trend went on until she was 11 and decided she wanted to be even closer to us, so she chose to move in.  She has had a really rough life, and thanks me all the time for always being there for her.  She would always say that she "came out of my belly button".  So cute.....

Tyler is mine.....and it was just me and him from the day he was born.  His dad left when he found out that I was pregnate.  Just recently, almost 18 years later, Ty got the courage to walk the block and a half to where his dad has lived for the past 15  years and knocked on his door to ask some pretty tough questions. 

I am so proud of him.  He took it upon his self to face the person that walked out on him and hasn't even had the nerve to call or stop by the last 15 years.....

He's always considered Brian to be his dad, and he told us that he would always be the only dad he would have......We just cried when he said that......
