Hi There

 I'm Layne -- I'm a 23 year old single mom to a feisty and wonderful four year old boy. 

I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and but I can be laid back, too. I spend as much time as possible laughing, and making others laugh. I love to sing and read. I follow politics religiously, and while everyone laughs at me, I love to watch PBS and knit, too! I can cook up a storm, and I love to eat! I am loud, and rarely keep my opinion to myself. I can be brutally honest, but I am a good listener. I love the world of fashion, and live for the monthly delievery of the "bible" [aka Vogue] I am forever experimenting with make up and hair, and love to make others feel great about themselves by changing their look. [watch out: you could be my next victim!] I think What Not To Wear should be required watching material for the masses, and that everyone should learn how to dress themselves in a way that flatters them. [you don't have to be skinny to look good!] I have embraced my curves, and have finally fallen in love with myself which has made me a MUCH happier person!

I am forever in pursuit of the perfect mascara. I swear like a sailor when I get frustrated. I want to learn how to play the drums. I live to make to do lists and check them off.
