My beliefs:

Life is too short. So learn to laugh at yourself, never take life too seriously.

Don't sweat the small stuff and seriously, everything is "small stuff". If you're child or children, are eating ok, breathing on their own and can play or show affection in some manner, then everything else is small stuff!

Don't be afraid to look absolutely ridiculous, especially for the sake of your children. Dance in public like a lunatic, run through the sprinklers with them, go down the slides screaming your head off....

And most importantly, always tell those in your life that you love them everyday, kiss them, hug them. You never know when they'll be taken from you or you from them. Make it count!
