    Reduce Stress

    i am such a strees case it might help me not get headaches, let me spend more time with my family ,and be more understanding

    it will help me and my husband connect agian because i wont be so streesed. and it will help me not loose my temper with my kids which is very important to me

    thank you to everyone and there comments. i am going to dinner with my husband and taking my kids to the snow, what more could i ask for. thank you and happy holidays
