I switched it up in the gym. I read that your body get used to doing the same workout routine. I was 208.2 lbs for 3 weeks straight. I am now 207.6! I have never been so happy about such a low weightloss but it means its working and I can get past this.So Im pretty happy with it. I think I am going to start using my food journal again. I stopped because I was used to sticking to 1500 calories. Now I dunno how many I am getting prob some days less some days more. Thanks for the comment
