My children all know the following statement "I am Mom, therefor, I am law. You can choose to break the rules but I wouldn't advise it". They always chuckle when telling people this. They also say she's pretty cool & fair but don't make her mad.
I have always told them it is my job as a parent to give them the tools to live life by. Life has many paths, it is up to them to choose but be careful of your choices as the reprecussions may be good or they may be not so good.
Don't get mad at me when you get yourself grounded. I hate coming home & having to be the law but when that law is broken it was them that did it. They should look to themselves & thier behavior not the judgement. See what they could do diiferently so that they don't get grounded.

Have just recently found out that I need to take my son back to CA in Dec 08 unless there are problems before hand. His most recent MRI & Cerebral angiogram both show stenosis in the left P2 segment. We are praying that this does not occlude. He's just recovered from hid STA-MCA bi-pass surgery & is not looking forward to another surgery anytime soon. Damn! He's just enrolled into a University!
