I am a typically unconventional mother. I love all the little things that drive most mothers insane and I try not to sweat the small things. I love spashing from tub water, gooey sticky faces, floaties in my cup..and cries for another story.  Don't get me wrong on a bad day.. these things could aggravate me, but childhood goes by so quickly and being a mother is AMAZING! I never want to quit being their hero, their fountian of knowledge or their safe haven to run to. Little people... they really are.. and it is our duty to embrace them and help them learn about the wonderous world around them.. even if it means watching that same episode of Blues Clues for the 10,234,567th time, reading a book for the 11th time in a row, or even singing all the songs from the backyardigins so much that you find yourself singing them when alone!
