Hello Crystal, this is Jacki, from Smokers Lounge, I was just reading some old posts, and see that it's now pushing 3 months since your quit -- which I really hope you still have. I remember when my daughter lost her quit; she was smoke-free for 2 months, then thought she could have "just one cigarette".
