    So bummed my gym just suddenly shut its doors . . . women's only gym . . .been there 13 yrs and had 6 years left on my membership. Now gotta look for a new gym.

    Seal Beach is a beautiful small town where people know each other. My aunt and uncle and my cousin and her family live there. The senseless killing of 8 people in a hair salon over a custody fight is so sad. Now the child has no mom and his dad will be in prison.
