  BOGOTA, Colombia - Colombian spies tricked leftist rebels into handing over kidnapped presidential candidate Ingrid Betancourt and three U.S. military contractors Wednesday in a daring helicopter rescue so successful that not a single shot was fired.

  U.S. presidential candidate John McCain said Uribe had told him in advance of the rescue plans while he was campaigning in Colombia. "It's a very high-risk operation," he said. "I congratulate President Uribe, the military and the nation of Colombia."

  No More Neocons!  McCain gets dirtier by the second! Be afraid! Be very afraid. I'm pretty certain the majority of Americans are wise enough to know that a vote for McCain is voting for American Fascism. Just vote no to Fascism.

  I am afraid there are still some people on here that remain ignorant to reality, tericared. There is a post on here ragging on Michelle Obama because she stated that they spend $10,000 per year on music, dance lessons, etc., for their children. Whereas in another posting it is stated that Cindy McCain purchases suits from a European designer for $3000 each.
