At one point, Cindy playfully twirled McCain's hair and said, "You're getting a little thin up there." McCain's face reddened, and he responded, "At least I don't plaster on the makeup like a trollop, you cunt." McCain's excuse was that it had been a long day. If elected president of the United States, McCain would have many long days.

I think his interactions with his wife are a clear indication of what kind of person he is. You know Katherine if my husband ever called me those names he certainly would not still be my husband :)

I hope she one day has the courage to get out of that relationship. As much as I don't care for her, I HATE any woman being verbally, physically or emotionally abused. We need to stand up for each other to stop these abusers!!!

I agree, if my husband called me that, I'd be ticked and he would be groveling for a while. We all know that none of us would remove our husband's manhood and shove it down their throat (for someone who this isn't the case for, your a psycho and I encourage mental treatment before you end up in jail for life). This happened 10 years ago and there is no report of how she responded or how he did later. This has nothing to do with the election and if Cindy McCain is ok with the way her husband responded and whatever bobble McCain got her from Tiffany's with her money to make ammends then everyone else needs to let it go, she obviously has.
