biz.yahoo.com - Since I've been said to call Obama a racist without backing it up, here's a citation.
I think Obama's favorite word is "universal." I quote a part of the article here:
He assumes the economic gap is a legacy of discrimination and largely unrelated to personal responsibility. He also makes it seem things haven't gotten better for blacks.
What was that saying again about assuming?
Universal/socialism is not something we want. Not good at all!!!
Well golly gee I'm just a typical white girl, I hope that accounts for something! Just another can of worms Obama opened when he so famously put his foot in his mouth! I'm sure he wishes he could take that back now among most of his empty words!
NOOOOOO GG.... Like Obama himself, "we are just typical white people"....LOL
I wonder how his Birth Mother and Grandparents feel of the example of a human they helped raise? After all... Aren't they too just white trash??
That's what blows me away about him and why I think the man needs psychological help with his daddy issues. His father left him for a Harvard education and then for his wife in Kenya, yet Obama adopts his trials and struggles as his own. Okay, but Obama's father as an alcoholic who many say committed suicide while driving while intoxicated. His father was not the great man Obama tries to protray him as. His white grandparents raised him and gave him his opportunities, but then he turns his back on them when he wrote in his book
"Yes, I'd seen weakness in other men - Gramps and his disappointments, Lolo and his compromise. But these men had become object lessons for me, men I might love but never emulate, white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself, the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela." (pg 220)
His grandfather took him in when he didn't want to be with his mother and step father, but his "fate" didn't speak to Obama?
"I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites." (pg xv)
This I find strange since he's a "citizen of the world" but doesn't want to ingratiate himself to whites? Why?
"To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets." (pg100)
People want to say he's not a Socialist but he specifically mentions Marxist professors. Hanging out with white people would have made him a sellout in his own mind, but yet we're not supposed to sink to the feeling this man will do whatever he can to benefit the race of his father to the detriment of anyone else. People want race left out of it, but Obama continually brings it up in addresses to the media, but a white person is supposed to be above that. I for one am tired of the egg shells. Think what you want, but these are not the beliefs and ideas that I want from a President that is going to make decisions regarding ALL Americans.
That's why he was in a socialistic Marxist church for 20 years! Speaking of racist!
bump for you. Sorry it has been a long day for me. I just haven't had time to read this yet.
Thought I'd better clarify: Bump for the post....the face is for Obama, as I can't find the words to adequately express my disgust for him.
