My very own: LABOR STORY! =]
Comments (2)Okay, I really don't have time, but it seems I never do these days, so I am going to go ahead and start writing anyway!!
I was due to have baby James on October 12, 2008. BUT, NO BABY! =] I spent the day walking as much as possible, took about a 3hour trip around [and around] the mall, lol. ANYWAY, I was off of work on the 13th and 14th [Monday & Tuesday] and was planning to return to work on Wednesday. HOWEVER, things didn't work exactly that way! LOL.
On Monday, I had a doctor apt. Dr. Paoloni said that I was 1.5 cms dialated and 80% effaced. He said that if I didn't have...

Well, after the doctor stuck what felt like his ENTIRE hand in my vagina, he tells me I am only now a full cm dialated. MEANING, since September 08, one month ago, I have only progressed from 1/2 cm to 1 cm... It kinda SUCKS! I am due in 3 days, and I was SO ready to have tomorrow be my last day at work, HOWEVER I don't want to take off and then not have the baby for another two weeks, ya know?

LOL. I had a doctor appointment yesterday, but it was cancelled because my doctor had an "emergency", I sware he has a freaking emergency every week!! This is the second one he has cancelled in 3 weeks!!
I have 5 days left until my due date, and I am getting so anxious!! I already know 3 women who were due the week AFTER me and are enjoying there babies at home!! I guess I shouldn't rush, because I still don't feel ready, but I know that isn't going to change anytime soon, so he might as well make his entrance! =] I am so excited, I just can't wait to hold him!!

Sept. 29, 2008 / Dr. Apt update. =]
Comments (2)Okay, so I now weigh 170 lbs. A total gain of 25lbs thusfar.
Boss heart rate was around 130 beats per minute. I am still only 1/2 cm dialated... WOW. No progress in 3 weeks! I am now 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant.
Dr. Paoloni had me schedule my next 2 apts [Oct 6th & Oct 13th-1 day after my due date]. He said if I haven't had the baby by then we will have to schedule a day for me to have him... WOW. I can't believe that 2 weeks from now seems so FAR away..
It seems like just YESTERDAY I found out I was pregnant... And it felt like ages until I would find out if I was having a boy or...

Sept. 08, 2008. Doctor Apt.

My next apt. is Sept. 22. Boss is growing well. I had my Strep B test and turned in my FMLA paperwork that my job needs.
I weigh 166 lbs!! As of today I am 1/2 cm dialated and half as "thinned" out as need be for baby... I hope next apt. I am like THREE cm dialated at least! Haha. I am 35 and a half weeks preg... Not long togo... I can't really afford for him to come early, I need to work as much as possible, and we have yet to even BEGIN doing the nursery which is SO STRESSFUL! I hate it.. I hope Jimmy will hustle up and REALIZE the rush!!
My stretchmarks are coming in...
