Todays money TiP: Think post consumer TP (not from virgin trees, but from recycled paper procucts)! I'd been using the more popular brand,of recycled toilet paper, and have now found that I can get more for my dollar buying Marcal TP more rolls for the money, and more on a roll (lasts longer). OK its not light and fluffy, but when you weigh the difference -save money and trees! Cool! check out my blog at plantaseedtoday.wordpress for more ideas.

I was thinking about how my kids and I discuss easy ways to go green on a regular basis. I'm sitting here in the morning sunshine reflecting on my life and the things I have done so far to help the enviroment; when it dawns on me that I was raised by a Grandmother and parents who were Earth conservationist!
