~A Little About ME~

I get asked quite often...Who are you...So I'm going to take this time to fill in that big BLANK for y'all.  I am a half Puerto Rican and half Native American woman with a touch of other races.  Even though my dominant background of being hispanic/Native American don't consume the pigmentation of my skin, I have learned to embrace it wholely and to love the ancestorial blood that runs through my veins.  It took me quite a few yrs to be able to embrace ALL that I am.  I have much so learned to embrace the half straight half curly hair that tangles itself into a weave of untangable chaos every morning or every time the wind blows.  I have learned to use the fruits and berries to relax it into a whirlwind of power and strength that my ancestors used decades before me.  I have learned to love my "honker" thighs and my big butt that my PR great grandmothers before my time gave to me as though they are a heirloom.  I have the hips that can bare many children and the butt to make my man say "good lawd" for no apparent reason lol.  I have learned to be able to talk with the full lips that men so easily call "DSL's" and I have learned to laugh at such thoughts lol.  I have learned to not be ashamed of and am now able to voice, my old fashioned morals that were instilled in me.  I have learned to sway my hips and cook dinner for my man at the same time, in a world filled with single mothers, independent women, and "female pimps".  I am a woman that has been taught over the yrs to never let a human jade me, but to ALWAYS allow myself to be humbled in front of GOD.  I am a woman that can respect a tree for giving me shade and the bees for giving me honey.  I am a woman that can curse u out in spanish yet put u to sleep with my native tongue.  I am a woman that can release fury on you like a bat out of hell and I am a woman that can gently take u to a place of solitude and peace.  I am a woman that can be a better friend to a dog than I can to a human.  I am a woman that will make you understand the truth of my knowledge without giving up.  I will over protect u, be you friend or child like a mother bear always ready to attack.  I will be your best friend or your worst enemy.  I can fight u with knowledge or with fists, either way it's a force that will make u take a few steps back and say "Wow this girl has power".  I am a woman that reads and listens to my wise ancestors as they howl in the wind.  I am a woman that knows to love herself, yet puts her man first.  I am a woman that can "cut" u with my Rican Swag, yet entice u with the power of a Chaman.   And unlike my ancestors my eyes may not shiny a velvety brown/black, they sparkle a sunny blue (or when I'm mad a smokey grey), I can see things as clear as the Caribbean seas.  So this is a little about me!

IF PEOPLE DIDNT UNDERSTAND B4 THEY DO NOW.  My hat is off to you, must women go their whole lives without truly knowing who they are. It is amazingly wonderful to see a young lady like you now exactly who she is.  Never back down and GOD will always shine his light on you.  You are a role model to your BEAUTIFUL baby girl.
