I want to say i dont mind sharing with you all but decided to post this for those who dont feel comfortable asking me!
I started with www.sparkspeople.com last April 2007 at 410 lbs! I tracked my eating habits for a couple of weeks and adjusted to their program and cut out sugars and 99% of sodas and replaced it with water 60-70 oz a day! I also started walking everyday! Im now up to 30 minutes to 1 hr a day and getting better ! It melted off so easily by sticking to their program ! They have messege boards and forums too so you can meet others who are losing weight too! The best part is.......... they are FREE!!!!! I love them !!!!!!!!

That's absolutely amazing, I can't wait to see pictures. I've joined sparkpeople.com as well, I am just looking for enough free time to be able to actually sit down and go through their forums and such!
You should take pictures as you go, its really neat to see the transformation, and when you get discouraged it's nice to see how far you have come.
I JOINED SPARKPEOPLE IN JANUARY.,THEY HAVE WONDERFUL ARTICLES AND RECIPES. SIGN UP FOR THEIR EMAILS ,THEY ARE GREAT! I DON'T LOG ON TO THE SITE AS MUCH AS I SHOULD THOUGH.I ALSO USE WEIGHTWATCHERS INFO AND JOURNAL IN A NOTEBOOK.I HAVE LOST 45 LBS.IT'S HARD WORK.![]()
