Waiting for an apology

I'm still waiting for a certain "Christian" someone to apologize for slandering my name.  For calling me a anti-Semite when my brothers are Jewish.  I'm still waiting for an apology from the person who claims to be so righteous, and yet walks a path of hate.  By throwing lightly the word gestapo and Hitler her words diminished a horrible event in History that killed millions of people. 

And yet I see no sense of shame from her for those things. 

She doesn't even have the humility to admit that her attacks were unprovoked, and unwarranted.  Believe me, I've asked her many times for an apology, and I've received nothing but deletions.  I guess that way it is easier to say to yourself you didn't do anything wrong. 

I'm not a Christian myself, but I do believe in the Golden Rule.  While I might get frustrated when arguing with people about religion at times, I would never write an entirely different post calling people out and slinging mud.  People have come to my posts and argued before, and I have never once deleted them.  I want everyone to see the full extent of the discussion/argument going on.  I believe in sucking it up and apologizing if you crossed the line, and I don't mean something small like "name calling." 

This is beyond name calling.  How would you feel if you came from a family with African American heritage and someone called you a "N----er hater."  It's the SAME thing that she did.  My brothers are Jewish you twit!  How dare you insinuate that I hate my own brothers!  Now you can't even offer an apology.  Well, I'll start decorating your hand-basket for you, because Jesus doesn't like liars and slanderers.  It says so right in Psalm 15  ( yes I read, and own 3 Bibles and I'm still an Atheist.)

"Lord, who may dwell in your sanctuary?  Who may live on your holy hill?"

"He who's walk is blameless and who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from his heart and has no SLANDER on his tongue, who does his neighbor no wrong and casts no SLUR on his fellowman"  Psalm 15: 1-3

Fine, I will forgive you for your hateful slurs and slander.  Even if you don't have the guts to apologize.  I hope you learned something from your actions.  I'm fully convinced that at the end of the day it matters more what kind of a person you are, and how you treat others than your religion.

I loved this journal. I have decided it will never happen because in order for her to appologize she has to think she did something wrong.

Yup Anna, you deserve an apology for sure.  You and all of us! 

She literally can't apologise to me personally because I have blocked her.  I don't want any of her hate invading my life.  But to those who haven't blocked her and haven't received your apology, let me know if you ever do. Hopefully CM will see fit to apologise for real too.
