Today must be one of the scariest day. Here in McCook, Nebraska we have been raining all day, about 4 I was headed over to my sister in law and brother in law to watch my nieces. She goes to work at 5 and he gets off at 7 so there are 2 hours that they need a babysitter. Then about 5:30, there was a tornado about 15 minutes away. At 5:50, the siren went off. I told my 6 year old niece, 3 year old niece, my 2 year old son to get under the bed quick. I grabbed my 4 month old and went under the bed. We were under the bed for about 25-30 minutes. My brother in law came home early to make sure we were okay. We later found out that a tornado touched down 5 miles from where I am from. Then it just disappered. I was so scared. I was by myself with 4 kids. They were scared and didn't know what was really going on. I hope I never have to go thru that anytime soon. Right now we are in a tornado watch. I wish my husband wasn't at work right now. I want him home.

"When my youngest son was born premature and was in the NICU, the moms from the preemie groups offered me support and shoulders to cry on."
