Okay, I will admit that I have not been here for a long time..but, I check this place, I just haven't written lately!

I have been trying to do other things..and plus, the stupid hips and other pains and aches are really trying me up the wazoo!!
I have also been reading "Stolen Innocence" by Elissa Wall and Lisa Pultizer..which is about the polygamy and the Mormon issues..This woman was able to escape..Thank God!! Poor person!!
I think that her life is doing a LOT better since she left!! I am happy for her!

I think that she also looks like a really nice person..who had to go thru so many terrible life changing events!! Traumatizing as well!!


But, I also have the other book about the Mormon life..as in FLDS lifestyle..I can't recall the authors name...but, so far this one Stolen Innocence is such a readable and great book! I love reading this book! I also want to wish Elissa the very best, whereever she is..and her little family as well!!

and in great hopes that her sisters and brothers who are still in and out of this religion that they get some much needed help ,love and respect that they should get in their own lives..and if they wish to attend college or whatever..that they are all, including Elissa, are able to!!!

Jun. 15, 2008 at 6:29 PM I am almost done with this book too.   I bought it to support her book sales event though I usually cannot afford to buy books and go to the library.  I think I will donate it to the library so more people can read her story!!!  I am so happy she is where she is today!!!
