I drove my new bike route and it was 7.5 miles...and I rode it again today!  yesterday was a little easier I think because I ate my Access bar before getting on the bike.  It turns fat into fuel and I am all about that one nowadays!!!

So, I am bummed I am out of the Access Bar until I place my next order on June 1st, but at least have a few Access shakes to tie me over.

Gotta keep on adding up the miles on my bike!  I have an exercise swap tomorrow so am looking forward to that.  Not sure if I will bike again or walk with my friend. 

I have also given up drinking any form of alcohol during the week.  I figure this will help me shed a few pounds pretty quickly!  And, it's just not neccessary calories in my life.
