Mar. 26, 2007 at 2:44 PM It is probably normal, and some relief might be found with one of those belly belts that you find in a meternity store or section. Talk with your doc about it, and get one of those belts. Good luck!

my 2nd baby put a lot of pressure on me 'down there' b/c he was so flipping big, lol!!  my dr explained to me that your pubic bone separates after giving birth the first time and that is why it feels like things could fall out....and why there is pain!!  and that it does get worse with subsequent pregnancies, ugh!

yuo should call the dr tho---that is what they are there for.

Mar. 26, 2007 at 2:45 PM Welcome  to MISERY!!! Your baby is positioning herself.  Got a bouncy ball...if not go get one.  I hated it sooo much.  I was a total WALKING DUCK!!!  It might get better.  I had to do alot of lay down time when I didn't work.  But congrats anyway!!!

Mar. 26, 2007 at 2:45 PM Yes I had that,  I have heard that with every baby you acrry it lower than the first.  my 2nd was a painful pregnancy.  I have vericose veins in my labia.  dont know exactly what it looks like cuz I couldnt see down there but I had so much pain when I would stand.  The doc said it happens from having so muchpressure on the veins.  It's painful.  I also cpuldnt lift my legs too high or walk for a long time from pain in my pelvic bone region.  I carried extremely low and it was extrememly painful.  Needless to say I spent most of my pregnancy with my feet up

Mar. 26, 2007 at 2:47 PM I had the same feeling, my DR said it could be because of my fibroid and not to worry.  I delivered last June a week late to a healthy 8lb.s 13 oz. baby boy.  When in doubt ask the DR though.  Good luck!

Mar. 26, 2007 at 2:48 PM The baby could be pressing on your pelvic bone.  If my memory serves, this is the month when the baby will really start packing on the weight,  so pressure will be a normal sensation.  I would check with the doctor, though.  Reassurance is part of what the OB staff are for, so call the doc and ask the question.  Then you will have no worries.
