In honor of Father's day, I will share a great thing that my husband did for me.  I am so pleased with my husband...he is the sweetest man on earth.  I often say, "My soul has found her mate"....this is so true.  On Monday, we went to the Americana to check it out...it is REALLY nice.  So we worked our way to the mall,  and I wanted to go into Macy's because there are a pair of shoes that I am in LOVE with by Carlos Santana...the singer...he also makes shoes.  So I had been looking everywhere for the shoe in my size, hoping to wear them to an upcoming event.  So we go in Macy's I ask for the shoe, and they HAVE it!!!  Not only do they have it in my size (since the other Macy's didn't), they had it in different colors to.  So I try it on, it is a little small, so I try on the half size....and like Cinderella, it is a perfect fit!!  So I started HINTING that I wanted the shoe....he didn't BUDGE!!  So when we got out of the store, I said..."Honey, I REALLY like those shoes...I have never been in love with a show since 1994...can I get them?" So he says, how much are they, so I tell him.  He says...........NO.  So of COURSE I was upset, but I just said, hmph,  well, we are trying to save $$ so I won't be too upset, I will just get them when I get paid.  So on Tuesday, I was at the market and he calls me asking me where I am, so I tell him.  He says, "I need to use ur car", I say ok, let me hurry so you can use it.  No prob....so about 30 min later, he calls me again and asks if I am done.  I tell him that I am on my way out to the car now.  He says, it sounds like ur still inline, so I say no, I am walking through the double doors now.  So I say, I am on my way to drop the car off.  So I get to my car, load the kids and groceries in, and I go around to my side and there is a black shopping bag (really nice bag) with a box in it, so I'm thinking someone is trying to sell me something and is walking around to the other cars putting things on there cars to and they will come back to pick mine up.  So naturally, I am looking around upset because I gotta go!!!  So I don't see anyone, so I am getting HOT under the collar so I take a good look at the shoe printed on the box and I look really good, and low and behold.....it is the shoes that I wanted, the Carlos Santana shoes!!  I SCREAM with excitement and immediately know this is from my husband, and my daughter is in the back seat and says..."there's Poppy (this is what our kids call him)!!" so I give him a big hug and kiss and thank him.  He went directly after work, picked up the shoes, called me to find out where I was at, and SURPRISED me!!  I was and still am very happy....I love moments like this.  This is only a material thing, but it REALLY meant a lot to me.  He went above and beyond...not to mention he had worked a 10 hour shift already.  So I thought I would just share the goodness of a husband.......I'm am so glad that the Lord has sent him into my life......here are the shoes that he bought for me...
