Well... I've decided that from now on I am going to write a daily post! It might be interesting or completely boring to read...but what's there to loose :-)
Today is Friday and my hubby just received a job offer... (finally)... We have been trying to be as patient as we could be and have really not stressed out over the whole thing. We know that we are in good hands.
This morning... I arrived at work and something inside of me decided that I was happy with the amount of time he's been home, I closed my eyes and told God "Lord...Today's the day he get some news, Jerry (Hubby) needs to start working by Monday. Thank you for these last few wonderful weeks with him at home... but I am ready for him to return to work"... Not 2 hours later does he call me and tell me that a position he had interviewed for earlier in the week...called him and offered him the job... GOD IS GOOD!!! :-)
So... we are heading out to dinner tonight to celebrate... A nice steak sounds good to me :-).
I hope everyone enjoys their weekend... Check back on Monday for my Weekend wrap-up.

You know, I am in my own little world lately, and stressed about work. Wondering if the decissions I am making are wrong...but I believe in prayer, and you just confirmed that it works! So thank you for sharing your day!! Because it has made mine!
And congrats on your hubby getting that job offer! What wonderful news!

Awesome! Congrats to you and hubby. Seriously, I love to post journals, about the most random things too, it really helps me to vent because a lot of women here understand what I'm going through, have gone through it, are supportive, or just post a positive comment, so I think that your idea to post daily is great. This week I felt like I was totally losing it, same thing, I just had a private moment, I prayed, and I put my worried in God's hands. What a relief! God IS so good.
Hope you all have a great time,
Gladys
