Add Shortcut

Ok! So heres another "Im miserable and done being pregnant post". Im 36 1/2 weeks with no dilation uppon last exam, but I was 37 weeks when my water broke with Connor, so Im praying to the labor gods that this pregnancy follows suit. Im going walking tonight.....and It WILL send me into labor lol. If all I get out if it is some good ol exercise I will be highly upset!! I also plan on doing the whole pineapple and raspberry tea thing, and I guess if all else fails sex will somehow have to happen. I say that because....well.......have you ever seen to weeble people trying to have sex?? Imagine that for a good laugh. Me, with my gigantic stomach and my husband with his not so petite frame, thats about what it ends up like. Anyone with any other suggestions other than the norm?? Ill try anything.....lick a turkey feather......drink monkey urine.....sorry for the dry humor......Im just over it and Ill try ANYTHING!!

you are so funny, lol. i hope you can get that baby out soon! hopefully the walking will help and you won't have to try anything awkward or too strange.

sorry Heather i'm in the same boat.... my contractions are bad though and walking doesnt help just tires me out. i gave up trying to speed it up, he'll come when he is ready. it's sooooo hot outside. i'm sure when i see the doctor on monday they'll let me know my dialation.... i was closed 2 weeks and since i lost my mucus plug this week, i gotta be dialated some. hopefully 4cm so they'll admit me or else i'd pick my day to get induced. I'M DONE just as u are.

I know that feeling but don't rush that little one! Let that baby bake til its ready to come out or you may regret it!! It stinks when your so close but just not close enough and unfortunately losing plugs, contractions close and painful and all that doesn't always' mean labor. Good luck and hope that baby decides to be ready soon.

i found something to induce natuarlly.... it's called acupressure. never heard of it before until now, u ready. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQPs7Apqiac&feature=related... just copy and paste the link. it's a woman 9 1/2 preggo with a big ball on YOU TUBE. it's 5 mins long and it'll show u the pressure points to induce labor, u may want to have hubby try it on u.
