I really don't know if this has happened to any of you before. Most likely most of us moms do go through days that seem soo hard to catch on some sleep. Not to blame my daughter because she sleeps so peaceful like an angel every night. Though for me its so hard to lay in bed and go to sleep. I turn and turn and try to watch t.v. so it makes me sleepy but nothing and I don't want to take sleeping pills because I believe thats just not healthy. Why would it be that I can't fall to sleep? Maybe too much stress from work, perhaps I got too many thoughts that I can't seem to stop thinking about? Sometimes I just feel worried for no reason... What do you do in this case? What has helped you overcome this "Insomnia"?

Jun. 1, 2008 at 3:53 AM I'm having the same issues. It's 3am here and I'm still awake. =( I have no idea how to get over it, but I do take a sleeping pill from time to time. It's called unisom. You can get it at any grocery store. I only take it when it's an emergency, like I haven't fallen asleep for two days. lol Good luck I hope you get better.
