Ecclesiastes 3 :1-8

 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

A time to kill, and time to heal;a time to break down, and a time to build up;

A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

A time to cast away stone, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

A time to get, and a time to lose;a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

A time to rend and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

Through the past six months into 2008 ,  we've all had some ups and downs. We have wondered ,what is God doing in this season. My dilemmas are getting to hard to bare. I can't seem to find a job. My finances are just dried up. I don't know which way to go. Where are you Lord? Can you hear me?  Am I  yelling loud enough , how long do I have to go through this? Hello , do you hear me? Show me a sign that your their and can hear my cry.

Throughout the year we go through several natural seasons; winter, summer fall, and spring. They all come at the same time during the year and each season may last a ltittle longer than it is suppose to. Well, God allow our spiritual seasons to come the same way. We have a season of harvest in our life and may have a season of a drought. But during these seasons God is always there to bring you out of them. For our purposes, a season in our life is a time frame that has been allotted for something to happen. Again let me point out that God has so arranged it that things here in the earth and in our lives operate in seasons. We must take advantage of the benefits that a season has for us, we need to ask God to show us the right things to do during the season, and then do them. We sometimes miss a season, or get ahead of a season in our lives, we run the risk of not ever being able to capture all the things that were meant for us to acquire during that season and we run the risk of sustaining personal hurt and damage to our lives that can’t
be reversed.

I have experienced a season in my life that forced me to be patient seek God , and have faith. I have learned that once you take your burdens to the Lord, leave them their. Either you will allow God to handle it or you will try to fix it yourself. If you try to fix it yourself that means that the situation is to hard for God to fix. But I know that their is nothing to hard for God. Have faith and believe . All it takes is mustard seed faith.

Thank you for sharing from your heart, and the deep truths of living in the seasons of life.

You're right. A season is just that--a necessary period of time. And each one has its distinctions that we cannot escape while we're in them.

We must surrender to each season's purpose, which includes those frustrating limitations.

The Bible says the children of Issachar were men thta had "understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do..." 1Chronicles 12:32

To know what to do (and not) in a difficult season is priceless!
