Here I set, finally able to get back online...My husband had to move my computer cause I am not supposed to be out of bed, except for bathroom time and to go to the dr. I was in a car wreck on Saturday night May 24th.

I went to pick up my friend who was in town without her kids, she was going to come over for a few hours just to hang out.  On the way back to my house I noticed headlights ahead of me, I kind of thought that the car was trying to turn onto a road that was near there...once I realized that the car wasnt turning, but coming right at me it was to late to do anything I was already hit. The car landed in a ditch...everything seemed to go in slow motion after that. Some man came and opened my door to see if I was okay, then a lady came and asked me if there was anybody that I need to call...she called my husband. A different man came over and held my hand and taklked to me until  the firemen were ready to take me out of the car. I remember that I couldnt feel my right leg, once I did start to feel it I noticed that it hurt terribly. Once they got me out of the car I knew something was wrong with my foot. They took me and my friend to the local hospital where we were put thru all kinds of tests and questions. I found out that I had broken my ankle and two bones in the top of my foot. Other than that I am just really beat and bruised up. I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon who has made the decision that I am going to need surgery on my ankle for it to heal properly. I go to the dr tomorrow to schedule the surgery.

My friend that was with me has several internal bruises and is waiting for the swelling to go down so she can have an MRI on her elbow to check for any damages to her muscles or tendons.

Please keep us in your prayers. I will update everyone later.
