My back has been killing me since the day I found out I was pregnant. Now it is just getting worse. I need to go and get a massage, but just never find the time. Any ideas on other ways to make it feel better?

I've been suffering from the same thing for 3 years now. Call your med. insurance company if you have med. insurance and see how much they allow for manual therapy/massage/chiropractors. If there is coverage, go get your massage/acupuncuture/manual therapy for a small deductable instead of having to pay lots of money at a salon.

Also, put ice cubes your back and massage the places that hurt and then take a hot shower and with hands massage the places again, do it in the movement as if you're taking off a sweater.
