Jun. 1, 2008 at 11:30 PM Yes girl! I know that feeling sometimes it can be  a little frustrating when you feel overwhelmed by the children and there is no escape it feels like. What i usually do is listen to my music and try my best to relax and just get my mind clear.

Yes it does, all that and plus my marital woes and having a daughter on the spectrum - it all hits me.  Child care is hard for me to find, so usually one of the other moms whom I am close with we get together for playdates.

Get a hobby, take some time for yourself.

good luck.

Jun. 1, 2008 at 11:45 PM I think it happens at some point in time to EVERY mother. I have been there. When my kids were smaller and I was a SAHM and my hubby in the military always on deployments and no family around. All I did was, take care of the kids, cook, clean, sleep, pay bills and start all over the next day for months on end. It gets much better as they get older and especially if you can find at least one other mom close to you that you can get out with and have the kids with you.

Jun. 1, 2008 at 11:58 PM thanks. my lows are really bad. i can't eat, caan't sleep dont wanna even get out of bed. i'm dealing with a HUGE medical issue with my three yo daughter and hubby is either at work or school or driving our daughter to the hospital. our son is being tested for a highly functional type of autism and my baby daughter has a tumor on her face that the insurace doesn't wanna pay to have removed.

Jun. 2, 2008 at 12:12 AM I'm so sorry your dealing with a lot of stress and worry right now. It's so hard when our children are going through something that we as parents can not control. I would go see a doctor and let them help you out with meds. If you are already on meds then I would go back and tell them it is not working for you. Everyone needs help every now and then, and now is a good time to ask. Take care of yourself so you can be there for your kids and hubby. ((Hugs))

I know the feeling. I was so depressed at one point then came the anxiety  which was even worse. My suggestion is t try and deal with the depression so it does not get worse. Some day maybe we will understand why the majority of womon are depressed. OH i forgot they did find  out the cause " MEN " just had to put some humor in it.My husband is going through mid life crisis, He went out and bought a Harley and thinks it is ok to go off with his single friends while i sit home with our daughter. Why should he have all the fun. I like to go riding too.Do all men go through this?frustrated
