When the slim in 6 series came out years ago, I was the first one that bought it. I got sick and moved and throught that I have somehow losy the dirctions of how to use it. I am not sure how to use it with the 3 workouts they give you and how often you have to work out. I was told that you do the first workout for 3 days, twice a day and then the next workout for 4 weeks twice a day, and then the last workout for the remining time, and also that twice a day. There are also DVDs along with it that are slim and limber, slim and 6 pack, and a thich workout, and I was told you can alternate and do these on your day off, because you do this 6 days a week and the 7th day you do one of these workouts, can someone tell me how to use the program because I am lost? Thanks!
